Inside Sales Representative (Toronto)
Working very closely with the customer service and field sales team, the successful applicant will be required to make outbound calls using customer lists of qualified real estate and financial service prospects to promote our online continuing education courses. Applicants must have polished customer service skills and a proven track record in a previous sales and/or telemarketing position.
Responsibilities will include outbound/inbound calling, customer follow-up, and call tracking. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Bilingualism in French is an asset but not a requirement. Basic to intermediate skills are required in the Microsoft Office program. Experience in OnContact would be considered an asset (candidates will be using in-house OnContact software to track calls, enter orders, and create letters).
Success in this role requires an individual who is adaptable, flexible, reliable, and highly innovative in their approach with customers.
