How much do courses cost?
The price of each course is listed in the course catalog. All courses listed in the catalog can be purchased using your credit card, a check or money order. Prices are subjected to change without notice.
How do I pay for a course?
There are several ways to pay for courses:
By Credit Card
Online credit card orders allow you to immediately access your courses. You can use your credit card to purchase courses in one of the following ways:
Online (over secure server) – Select "Add to Order" checkbox (more than one can be selected) to purchase individual courses or a course package online. Click the "Process Order" button. A Log in screen will appear. If you are a first time purchaser, you will be prompted to register as a member first before your online order can be processed. Click on the "Not a Member Yet?" button to register. You will be prompted to enter a User ID and Password and to create a customer profile. Once this information has been entered, you will then be prompted to enter your credit card information and verify your billing address. A summary of your course order and billing information will be presented. Click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
If you are already a registered member, you will need to log in to process your order. Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and verify your billing address. A summary of your course order and billing information will be presented. Click "Submit" to complete the transaction.
Once a transaction has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment and course enrolment. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Amex. CE Network's secure server protects all credit card purchases and confidential information transactions.
By Phone – To pay by phone, have your credit card information available and contact one of our CE Network Customer Support representatives by phoning our toll free line 1-866-444-1123.
By Fax – Printable course order forms are available on the "Order by Phone or Fax" link found at the top right hand side of your screen. Click to open the order form of your choice, print and fill out with your course enrolment information. Fax to our Customer Support team at 1-866-444-1198.
By Check or Money Orders
To pay by check or money order, use the printable order forms available on the "Order by Phone or Fax" link found at the top right hand side of your screen. Click to open the order form, print and fill out with your course enrolment information. Mail your completed form along with a check payable to CE Network Inc. to the address listed on the order form.
Note: Certified checks and money orders will be processed upon receipt without delay. For regular checks, please allow a minimum of 10 days processing. CE Network Customer Support will notify you when access to your course is available.
Is it safe to use my credit card for payment?
Passwords, firewalls, and encrypted transmission are used to safeguard personal information and credit card transactions.
CE Network Inc. uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encrypt your credit card information so that it is transmitted directly to a bank or credit card issuer. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide.
When you purchase a course, our secure server handles the transaction and your credit card information. Your payment will be processed by our e-commerce service provider Verisign Inc. Your credit card information is destroyed after payment and is never stored on the CE Network Inc. system. Your credit card number is never displayed on screen in readable form during your purchase process. What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your learning experience prior to course completion, you can request a refund within six months of purchase by contacting Customer Support at 1-866-444-1123 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have already completed a course, or a course completion certificate has been sent, CE Network will grant a refund once written proof has been supplied stating the specified course has not been accepted for credit by a regulator.
Please note that a refund or cancellation will terminate your access to the course, and your ability to earn continuing education (CE) credits on the specified course.
